Your Cosmetic & Family Dentistry in Buford, GA

I am 73-years old and this is the greatest dental practice I have ever experienced. From the front office team of Colleen and Kimberly, to founder Dr. Eric W. Jones and partner, Dr. Katherine Copeland, these folks have to be the friendliest and most professional team in Georgia. Their demeanor is warm, professional, helpful and totally focused on their patients having a positive experience. I also had the pleasure today of having my teeth cleaned by Sarah, a terrific hygienist who not only did a great job taking xrays and cleaning--but also created a warm and inviting environment. Since a crown was in my future, I enjoyed meeting the newest member of the dental team, Dr. Caitlyn Long, a former United States Air Force captain with advanced training in implant, crowns, sedation and root canals. Like everyone at this practice, Dr. Long blends a welcoming personality with an impressive background. The Jones/Copeland waiting areas are large and beautifully decorated, complete with a Keurig Coffee Maker, soft drinks, snacks and bottled water. If you are looking for a new dentist and live in Hall, Gwinnett, Jackson or Barrow Counties, this is the first place you should visit. If you do, you won't be visiting anywhere else!

All the ladies here are the most caring and professional I’ve ever seen. Everyone from Colleen up front always taking my calls, to Angela working with me to plan and help fix my mouth/teeth/smile, to Amy giving me the best cleaning my teeth/gums have ever seen, and finally to Laurie and Dr. Copeland!!
Laurie and Dr. Copeland did the most amazing job on my veneers and the absolute best job of making me feel very comfortable and welcomed into this great office!! I have always hated my teeth and hated more to smile, but the work the team did here for me changed me in the best way possible. My teeth and smile look better than I could’ve ever imagined. I feel and look like a whole new person and couldn’t be more grateful to J&C Smiles!! Honestly thought my mouth was beyond repair due to the damage of smoking and drinking for years, but they gave me something back I haven’t had in a long time, which was my confidence and courage to show my teeth while talking to people and taking pictures. I write this review not only for others to read and know that this is the only place I will go for any future work but I write this to the staff for always making me feel right at home and never judging the way my mouth/teeth looked. What they did here for me was truly a miracle and I couldn’t be happier with choosing JONES & COPELAND SMILES!!

Dr. Long is the finest Dentist I’ve ever had in 55 years! In fact, every staff member I’ve met is superb! In my opinion, JC is the best of the best.

I cannot express how monumental this experience was for me. I hadn’t been to the dentist in decades, and they made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and beyond any level of service I have ever received. The best medical experience I’ve ever had of any kind. Doctor Copeland, Natalie, and Kelly are top shelf providers.I consider them family. They changed my life.

Dr. Caitlin Long at Jones & Copeland Smiles has been my lifesaver. I am grateful to her and her assistants for everything they have done for me through a major dental surgery and denture fitting process. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I was terrified of the dentist, before coming to her, and had to take a calming medication just to drive there. I do not have to take any calming medications to see Dr. Long. Now I am actually happy to go to my appointments because her demeanor is very calming and she has been truly the best dentist I have ever seen. She and her assistants are always making sure you are comfortable. Thank you Dr. Long!! I am so glad I found you and Jones and Copeland Smiles. Now I can smile, talk, and eat without pain and embarrassment.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Copeland at Jones and Copeland Smiles! She did extensive dental work for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, she made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed. The entire process was smooth and -surprisingly- painless. She’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work.

The entire staff was also fantastic- friendly, professional, and welcoming. They really make the whole experience feel easy and stress free. I e always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but Dr. Copeland and her team have completely changed that for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a warm and supportive environment!
