When I was 9, I fell and broke my two front teeth. After 36 years of dealing with composite bonding, the discoloration that goes along with it, and the lack of symmetry of my two front teeth, Dr. Copeland confidently promised that she would be able to deliver a near perfect result for me. My concerns were that veneers would look fake, thick and not natural but to my surprise, Dr. Copeland surpassed my wildest dreams with amazing results. She had an incredibly difficult task to make veneers for my two front teeth blend, match, and appear as what God had intended for me. She absolutely nailed it!! I’m very particular and highly critical but I felt that she shared in the same passion and perfectionism. Her eye for detail is truly unique. She has a passion for her work and truly is remarkable!

Dr. Copeland is a walking angel! She was able to achieve something that I never imagined would be possible. I’m forever grateful to her and so thankful that she took on my case wholeheartedly. She’s professional, personable, and highly skilled.

I don't even know where to start! I have never been to a dentist office like this! They make you feel like family and I am ever so grateful for Dr. Jones and his assistant's. They have performed a miracle on me! I finally have my smile back and it feels so good! They are very professional and so sweet. They make sure you are comfortable at all times. I will refer to them over and over. Excellent dentist!!

Angela and Dr. Hanna were amazing. The most professional experience ever. They truly cared about what I wanted and UNDERSTOOD what I was seeking. Angela did a mock up on my teeth to show me what the results would be. They were honest and said I only needed certain procedures and not other ones that has been suggested by other dental offices. I will be returning and telling everyone I know about them!

I always feel relaxed during my appointments at Jones Smiles. I needed a crown installed and Dr Jones was very deliberate in his approach, explaining every step he was taking and insuring I was comfortable and pain free throughout the process. This practice emanates professionalism from the moment you walk into the building on a consistent basis.

All the ladies here are the most caring and professional I’ve ever seen. Everyone from Colleen up front always taking my calls, to Angela working with me to plan and help fix my mouth/teeth/smile, to Amy giving me the best cleaning my teeth/gums have ever seen, and finally to Laurie and Dr. Copeland!!
Laurie and Dr. Copeland did the most amazing job on my veneers and the absolute best job of making me feel very comfortable and welcomed into this great office!! I have always hated my teeth and hated more to smile, but the work the team did here for me changed me in the best way possible. My teeth and smile look better than I could’ve ever imagined. I feel and look like a whole new person and couldn’t be more grateful to J&C Smiles!! Honestly thought my mouth was beyond repair due to the damage of smoking and drinking for years, but they gave me something back I haven’t had in a long time, which was my confidence and courage to show my teeth while talking to people and taking pictures. I write this review not only for others to read and know that this is the only place I will go for any future work but I write this to the staff for always making me feel right at home and never judging the way my mouth/teeth looked. Dr. Long is the finest Dentist I’ve ever had in 55 years! In fact, every staff member I’ve met is superb! In my opinion, JC is the best of the best.

I cannot express how monumental this experience was for me. I hadn’t been to the dentist in decades, and they made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and beyond any level of service I have ever received. The best medical experience I’ve ever had of any kind. Doctor Copeland, Natalie, and Kelly are top shelf providers.I consider them family. They changed my life.
